On October 3, 2023, at Department of Science and Technology, University of Sciences, Hue University (HUSC) organized a scientific conference titled “Application of Geospatial Technology and Artificial Intelligence for Agricultural Management to Support the Development Direction of Agriculture 4.0 in Quang Binh Province”.

In order to meet the training requirements of students in alignment with the demands of the job market and to provide opportunities for internships and employment for internships and employment after graduation, University of Sciences, Hue University, in collaboration with nine other universities and colleges in Hue city, has entered into a partnership agreement with AEON Vietnam. The signing ceremony took place on September 28, 2023, at Indochine Hotel, Hue City. The event was attended and witnessed by representatives from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Thua Thien Hue Provincal People\'s Committee, various agencies and sectors within Thua Thien Hue Province, as well as representatives from AEON Vietnam. Specifically, there was the participation of over 200 students from the University of Sciences and other universities and colleges in Hue City in the signing ceremony. According to AEON Vietnam, this marks a significant milestone in preparing the workforce for AEON Hue, set to open in 2024.

On September 28, University of Sciences, Hue University and Vietnam Association of Engineering Geology and the Environment co-organized the national conference on Engineering Geology – Geotechnical Engineering and Environment for sustainable development (VIETGEO 2023).

On September 15, Thua Thien Hue Union of Science and Technology Associations celebrated ceremony to honor excellent science and technology intellectuals of Thua Thien Hue province in 2023.

On September 11, the Rector Assoc. Prof. Vo Thanh Tung hosted the meeting with Nikko company under Mitani Sangyo Co. Ltd., Japan.

The seminar on Human resource development in the care sector in Vietnam and Japan was held at University of Sciences, Hue University on September 5.

On August 29, Rector Assoc.Prof. Vo Thanh Tung had a meeting with representatives of Yamaha Corporation and Brycen Vietnam limited company, Japan.

On the morning of August 22, University of Sciences, Hue University (HUSC) organized the opening ceremony of the student exchange program between HUSC and Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University, Thailand.

On the July 17^th, Assoc. Prof. Vo Thanh Tung, Rector of University of Sciences, Hue University (HUSC) had a meeting with Prof. Deng Wen Ling –  Director of the Science and Technology Division, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Hanoi.

On July 14, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Vo Thanh Tung, Rector of the University of Sciences together with Dr. Tran Thanh Luong, Head of the Office for Undergraduate Education and Student Affairs and Dr. Tran Thi Phuong An, Vice Head of the Office for Science, Technology and International Relations had a meeting with Mr. Imai Akira - Executive Director of Global Strategy and Mr. Hiroyuki Tanaka, Senior Assistant in charge of Japan Kanagawa Festival 2023 of the Department of International Cooperation, Culture and Tourism, Kanagawa Prefecture.

On the morning of June 16 2023, Dr. Phan Tuan Anh – Vice Rector of University of Sciences, Hue University (HUSC) had a meeting with the delegation from Kyoto headed by Mr. FUJIMAKI Hidekazu, Director of Kyoto’s Foreign Affairs Department.

The Rector Assoc.Prof. Vo Thanh Tung attended the 101st Anniversary and had the meeting with the leaders of National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) from June 3-7, 2023.

On the afternoon of June 8, 2023, University of Sciences, Hue University solemnly held the Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding with Meros Language School, Japan and had a meeting with different companies from Japan.

The student exchange program between the University of Sciences and Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabaht University, Thailand, came to an end on May 18 at the University of Sciences, Hue University.

On the morning of May 18, 2023, University of Sciences, Hue University (HUSC) had a meeting and worked with Prof. Erich Bauer, Institute of Applied Mechanics, Graz University of Technology, Austria.
