Within the framework of the 34th Vietnam National Student Informatics Olympiad (OLP’25) and the International Collegiate Programming Contest 2025 (ICPC 2025), held from December 8 to 12, 2025, the University of Sciences, Hue University team recorded several remarkable achievements.

On the morning of December 6, 2025, the Faculty of Environment, University of Sciences, Hue University (HUSC), in collaboration with WWF - Vietnam, convened a professional consultation meeting as part of the project “Pilot Seagrass Restoration Integrated with Livelihood Improvement in Cu Lao Cham.”

The Second Vietnam - China Journalism and Media Training Dialogue, themed “Cooperation in Journalism and Media Training in the Post-Digital Context,” was held on December 4, 2025, in Hue City. The event was organized by University of Sciences - Hue University (HUSC) in collaboration with the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

On the morning of December 6, 2025, the University of Sciences, Hue University organized a training workshop on “The application of AI in university teaching” for all lecturers. The objectives of the training workshop are to update technological trends and support lecturers in enhancing their capacity to apply artificial intelligence in teaching and learning activities.

Recently, at the award ceremony for the “2025 Science and Technology Awards for Students at Higher Education Institutions” organized by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee, a student team from the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Sciences, Hue University, won Second Prize for an outstanding research project with strong practical applications.

On the morning of 17 October 2025, the session on “The Role of Students in Environmental Protection Efforts” was held at Hall A1, organized in collaboration between the TVA/WWF Project Vietnam and the Youth Union of the University of Sciences, Hue University.

On the morning of October 12, 2025, University of Sciences, Hue University (HUSC) held the Closing and Award Ceremony of the HUSC Robocon 2025 at Hall A1, marking the end of a series of exciting, creative, and highly competitive rounds.

On the afternoon of September 22, 2025, the University of Sciences, Hue University, welcomed representatives from Brycen Vietnam Co., Ltd. and the Japan Heart organization to discuss initiatives in training, scientific research, and human resource development.

The workshop welcomed the participation of Mr. Ho Thang, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Hue City Party Committee; representatives of the leadership of various institutions including the History Faculty of the University of Education, Hue University; the Hue City History Museum; the Ho Chi Minh Museum in Hue City; the Hue City Historical Science Association; together with numerous scholars, lecturers, and researchers from academic and research institutions nationwide.

Within the framework of activities commemorating the 30th anniversary of the establishment and development of the Faculty of Architecture, the University of Sciences, Hue University organized two Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremonies on September 19 and 20, 2025. These agreements open numerous opportunities for collaboration in training, research, and professional practice for both faculty members and students.

The DUT CodeLeague 2025 programming contest acknowledged the third place for the team representing the Faculty of Information Technology, University of Sciences, Hue University (HUSC).
