Reception of Marubeni Co., Ltd., Japan

Attending meeting, there were Dr. Tran Thi Phuong An, Deputy Head, Office for Science Technology and International Relations, MSc. Thai Nhat Truong, Deputy Head of Office for Undergraduate Education and Student Affairs; Dr. Nguyen Hoang Ha, Dean of the Information Technology Faculty and Dr. Phan Hai Phong, Vice Dean of Faculty of Electricity, Electronics and Material Technology.

On the side of Japan, Mr. Fujiki Masaru, President of Brycen Japan Co., Ltd.;  Mr. Akira Yoshkawa, Director of Brycen Japan Co., Ltd.;  and other leaders of  Marubeni Corporation including Mr. Kurihara Takeshi, Mr. Watanabe Jun Mr. Hoshino Madoka and Mr. Ooguri Hidenori.

Assoc. Prof. Vo Thanh Tung, the Rector, had the pleasure of welcoming the leaders of Brycen Company and their partners from Marubeni Corporation during their visit to the HUSC. He has emphasized the successful collaboration with Brycen Company in recent years and expressed a desire to establish partnerships with Marubeni Corporation in areas of mutual interest, particularly in training initiatives such as providing internship opportunities for students and facilitating job placements for the graduates.

Mr. Watanabe Jun, representing Marubeni Corporation, provided an overview of the company, a multi-industry global trading enterprise with a network of over 131 branches worldwide. Marubeni Corporation operates across diverse sectors, including food and beverages, apparel, IT, and logistics. The corporation expressed a strong interest in collaborating with HUSC and exploring opportunities to recruit talented human resources.
