On the morning of 17 October 2025, the session on “The Role of Students in Environmental Protection Efforts” was held at Hall A1, organized in collaboration between the TVA/WWF Project Vietnam and the Youth Union of the University of Sciences, Hue University.

On the morning of October 12, 2025, University of Sciences, Hue University (HUSC) held the Closing and Award Ceremony of the HUSC Robocon 2025 at Hall A1, marking the end of a series of exciting, creative, and highly competitive rounds.

On the morning of October 7, 2025, the University of Sciences, Hue University (HUSC) welcomed the Management Board of the GreenCityLab Hue Project for an open and cooperative meeting.

On the afternoon of September 22, 2025, the University of Sciences, Hue University, welcomed representatives from Brycen Vietnam Co., Ltd. and the Japan Heart organization to discuss initiatives in training, scientific research, and human resource development.

The workshop welcomed the participation of Mr. Ho Thang, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Hue City Party Committee; representatives of the leadership of various institutions including the History Faculty of the University of Education, Hue University; the Hue City History Museum; the Ho Chi Minh Museum in Hue City; the Hue City Historical Science Association; together with numerous scholars, lecturers, and researchers from academic and research institutions nationwide.

Within the framework of activities commemorating the 30th anniversary of the establishment and development of the Faculty of Architecture, the University of Sciences, Hue University organized two Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremonies on September 19 and 20, 2025. These agreements open numerous opportunities for collaboration in training, research, and professional practice for both faculty members and students.

The DUT CodeLeague 2025 programming contest acknowledged the third place for the team representing the Faculty of Information Technology, University of Sciences, Hue University (HUSC). 

On July 26, 2025, the University of Sciences, Hue University solemnly hosted the 15th International Forum on Green Technology and Management (IFGTM), under the theme “Green Technology and Management Solutions towards Sustainable Development and Net-Zero”.

On the afternoon of July 11, 2025, the delegation from the Center for Southeast Asian Studies, Kyoto University (Japan), paid a visit and had a meeting with the University of Sciences, Hue University.

On July 1, 2025, University of Sciences, Hue University (HUSC) held an online meeting with Tyumen State University, Russia, facilitated by the Consulate General of Vietnam in the Russian Federation. The meeting aimed to discuss and enhance academic cooperation and cultural exchange between the two institutions.

On the morning of June 22, 2025, the Organizing Committee of the Hue-ICT Challenge 2025 held the Award Ceremony for the Information Technology Creative Products for high school and university students, along with the Closing Ceremony of the Hue-ICT Challenge 2025, at Hall A1 of the University of Sciences, Hue University.

On the afternoon of May 20, 2025, University of Sciences, Hue University (HUSC) had the honor of welcoming a delegation from Waseda University (Japan), one of Asia’s leading universities, for an official visit and working session.

On the morning of May 19, 2025, the Hue University Science and Technology Coordination Conference was held at the Hue University Auditorium, with the participation of the Presidential Board, Hue University and representatives from its member institutions. This year’s conference was held under the theme: “Science, Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation: Breakthroughs Driving the Nation into an Era of Prosperity and Strength”.

On the afternoon of May 16,  Talkshow titled “New Learning Styles – Leading the Trend with AI” hosted by the University of Sciences, Hue University, attracted enthusiastic participation from students across various faculties. The event aimed to provide students with practical knowledge and skills for effectively integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into their academic learning and research.

Under the framework of the VIBE2 Project, Component 5 - led by the University of Sciences, Hue University, in collaboration with partners in Ireland - is making significant progress in research related to risk assessment of pesticide residues, illegal growth - promoting agents, and microplastics in food and aquatic products. This component is highly applicable and makes practical contributions to public health and sustainable development.
