On October 5, 2026, a delegation from the University of Sciences, Hue University (HUSC), visited Luxshare-ICT in Nghe An Province, a company operating in the technology and electronics manufacturing sectors under the Luxshare Group.

The visit aimed to strengthen connections between the University of Sciences and the business sector, to gain first-hand insights into the company’s production operations, working environment, and human resource requirements. It also provided a platform for both parties to discuss potential cooperation in education and training, internships, recruitment, and the development of a highly skilled workforce.

During the meeting, representatives of Luxshare-ICT provided an overview of the company’s operations, working environment, recruitment needs, and the knowledge and skills required of personnel in the technology and electronics manufacturing sectors. The HUSC’s delegation also introduced the University’s academic programmes and human resources, and discussed opportunities to connect students with the company throughout their studies, internships, and job searches after graduation.

The visit enabled both parties to exchange views and explore potential areas of cooperation, with particular emphasis on organising company visits and hands-on learning experiences, facilitating student internships, strengthening recruitment connections, and sharing information on workforce demands and labour market requirements. These discussions provide a foundation for the University to further align its educational activities with industry practice, thereby enhancing students’ knowledge, professional skills, and ability to adapt to the workplace after graduation.

Strengthening ties with enterprises in the technology and electronics manufacturing sectors will also help the University gain a better understanding of actual labour market needs. Such insights will inform ongoing efforts to innovate academic programmes and improve the quality of education and training, ensuring that graduates are better equipped to meet the needs of businesses and society.

The visit to Luxshare-ICT marks an important initial step towards further dialogue and the identification of suitable areas for cooperation between the University of Sciences, Hue University, and the company. Both parties aim to establish a practical and sustainable partnership while expanding opportunities for students to engage in learning, internships, professional experiences, and employment.
