Job Opportunities in Japan for Students of the University of Sciences, Hue University

On the afternoon of April 24, the University of Sciences, Hue University (HUSC), held a meeting and signed a cooperation agreement with Orient Human Design Inc. (Japan) to implement an internship program, enabling students to participate in paid internships aligned with their fields of study in Japan.

 

At the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vo Thanh Tung, Rector of HUSC, emphasized that the institution has actively implemented various training programs tailored to meet the demands of the labor market and businesses. Alongside efforts to enhance training quality, collaboration with businesses, particularly foreign enterprises, is vital to addressing industry needs. The collaboration with Orient Human Design Inc. is expected to create more additional opportunities for students to gain valuable study and work experiences in a high-quality environment like Japan.

Orient Human Design Inc. highlighted the strong demand for skilled labor in Japan, noting that many Vietnamese students have successfully completed internships and transitioned into rewarding careers there. The organization is eager to welcome more students for internships, along with skilled engineers and qualified graduates, to join the workforce. Japanese businesses have shown considerable interest in proactively engaging with Vietnam, particularly with the University of Sciences, to achieve a dual objective: securing a high-quality workforce for their companies while creating valuable opportunities for students to work in a professional and enriching environment.

 

 

 

During the meeting, both parties addressed several key topics, including collaboration in consulting and promoting professional internship scholarship programs, ensuring safety standards, and assisting students in Japan with obtaining insurance packages during their internships. Furthermore, they agreed to support each other’s brand promotion at significant events. HUSC also expressed its aspiration for Japanese businesses to provide specific professional criteria, allowing the university to proactively design customized training programs and enhance Japanese language training for its students.

After the discussion, both parties reached an agreement to sign a memorandum of cooperation, to strengthen their partnership with the goal of enhancing training activities and advancing career orientation for recruitment in the near future.
