A visit to the Institute of Applied Research for Science and Technology

The delegation from Bansondejchaopraya Rajabhat University consisting of 12 faculty lecturers and 21 students participated in the student exchange program and the 14th National Architecture Student Festival - HUSC 2024 hosted by the University of Sciences from April 21 to April 27, 2024 in accordance with the Agreement between the University of Sciences and Bansondejchaopraya Rajabhat University.

On this occasion, on April 24, 2024, some leaders and senior researchers from Bansondejchaopraya Rajabhat University, Thailand, had the meeting with Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Thi Ai Nhung - Director of Center for Research, Production and Technology Transfer, Institute of Applied Research for Science and Technology; Head of Department of Physical Chemistry, Faculty of Chemistry, University of Sciences, Hue University. During the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Thi Ai Nhung introduced the research projects and applied scientific and technological products of the Institute.

The delegation of Bansondejchaopraya Rajabhat University also shared their research projects and expected to have the opportunity to collaborate with the Institute of Applied Research for Science and Technology. In addition, the professors expressed their interest in staff and student exchange programs and hoped that staff and students of Bansondejchaopraya Rajabhat University could spend their internships and do the research at the University of Sciences, Hue University in general, and the Institute of Applied Research for Science and Technology in particular. On the same day, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Thi Ai Nhung organized a seminar on chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, and scientific and technological products for the lecturers and students of Bansondejchaopraya Rajabhat University. During her presentation, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Thi Ai Nhung shared a wealth of knowledge and scientific findings with Thai students, truly igniting their passion for study.

Student Nurpatrin Arom, majored in Microbiology, stated: "It is our great pleasure to listen to Assoc. Prof. Nhung’s sharing. She truly ignites the passion for scientific research. We all feel inspired after her presentation. In the future, we hope to participate in more programs and have the opportunity to intern at the Institute of Applied Research for Science and Technology, and the University of Sciences in the future”.

The seminar ended with the impression on both the lecturers and students.
