Meeting and working with Vietsoftpro Company to discuss the potential of research collaboration and recruitment of human resources

Thai Nhat Truong, Deputy Head of the Office for Academic Affairs.

At the meeting, after watching the introduction clip on training program, scientific research, international cooperation and activities of HUSC, Mr. Hoang Quoc Viet, General director of Vietsoftpro also introduced about the company. Accordingly, Vietsoftpro was established in 2007, operating in the field of Information Technology (IT) and communications. Vietsoftpro researches and develops cutting-edge technologies as the foundation for the development. Products, solutions mastered and developed by Vietsoftpro are always pioneering, anticipate proactively the explosion of e-commerce and the development of digital content industry in Vietnam. In 2019, the company established a central branch in Hue. After 4 months of establishment, the branch now has more than 60 employees, has been implementing projects including: Investing the digital data center of Vietnam cultural and artistic heritage - Complex of "Hue Innovation center"; 3D digital map system of cultural and tourism heritage in Thua Thien Hue province; Audio guide - phase 2; Hue smart bicycle.

Accordingly, the company will collaborate with the faculties such as Literature and Linguistics, History (Ethnology); IT; Architecture and Journalism – Communications, etc. Both sides discussed and agreed on the cooperative orientation in the coming time including Training collaboration (support of internship and scholarship for students); Research collaboration (the company oders the products on science – technology for the faculties, cooperation on expert advice in areas as the scientific council); Recruitment collaboration: recruiting the graduates according to job positions. The University will support the promotion of Vietsoftpro's image at the University through channels such as website, company image on campus; organize the meeting between company and students to exchange, support training, career guidance and recruitment in the company . After continuing to exchange and agree on the content of cooperation at the faculty and university level, both sides will sign the MoU in the shortest time.
