The Conference “Linking the Vietnam Startup Ecosystem for International Connection and the Alliance Program for Innovation and Creative Cooperation" aimed at promoting the Vietnamese startup ecosystem opening in Vietnam.

On September 30 2022, the event Linking the Vietnam Startup Ecosystem for International Connection and the Alliance Program for Innovation and Creative Cooperation" took place in University of Sciences, Hue University.

Attending the event, there were Dr. Ho Thang, Director of Department of Science and Technology of Thua Thien Hue province; Representatives of different departments, agencies, branches and mass organizations at provincial level;  Representatives of Hue University; Institutes, University members of Hue University;  Business Association; Young Entrepreneurs Association; Startup Club; Businesses and start-ups in Thua Thien Hue province; News agencies, press and media in the province; Dr. Bui Quang Vu, Chairman of the Council of HUSC; Dr, Phan Tuan Anh, Vice Rector of HUSC; Representatives of different faculties, offices of University and students as well.

The event "Linking the Vietnam Startup Ecosystem for International Connection and the Alliance Program for Innovation and Creative Cooperation" took place in nationally and internationally in Hanoi, Hue, Da Nang, Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City together with France and South Korea.

The event is a step forward in the implementation of the "National Project to Support Innovative Start-up Ecosystems by 2025" approved by the Prime Minister, contributing to the creation and promotion of ecosystem development as well as launching and innovating new national innovation connecting internationally, linking networks of typical startup ecosystems such as Hanoi, Hue, Da Nang, Binh Duong and Ho Chi Minh City and so on in order to create global points, open opportunities for new and open national innovation ecosystems, the basis to take advantage of the opportunities, trends and strengths of the times to develop the economy - local society, especially the knowledge economy.

At the conference, there were some of presentations from various organizations such as of Department of Science and Technology of Thua Thien Hue province; Institute of Research and Development; University of Sciences with different topics, including: Promote the startup ecosystem associated with digital transformation and AI application in Thua Thien Hue Province; establish and join national technology villages; Pitching to introduce the potential of startup development associated with artificial intelligence and digital transformation in universities in Thua Thien Hue Province.

In addition, Department of Science and Technology in collaboration with University of Sciences signed cooperation agreements with some Organizations and Enterprises to promote cooperation, coordinate the implementation of specific projects in the near future.
