Working with the Management Board of the GreenCityLab Hue Project
On the morning of October 7, 2025, the University of Sciences, Hue University (HUSC) welcomed the Management Board of the GreenCityLab Hue Project for an open and cooperative meeting.
Attendees from the University of Sciences included Assoc. Prof. Vo Thanh Tung - Rector, Assoc. Prof. Huynh Thi Anh Phuong - Head of the Office for Science, Technology & International Relations, Dr. Nguyen Van Hung – Vice Principal of HUSC high school for gifted students, and MA. Tran Thi Ha Trang - Secretary of the University Youth Union, along with representatives from the Architecture Faculty. Representing the GreenCityLab Hue Project were Mr. Fabian Stolpe - Project Lead, Ms. Hoang Thi Binh Minh - Project Coordinator in Vietnam, and other relevant members.
During the meeting, the project team provided a comprehensive presentation of the project’s phases and outlined a roadmap for establishing a “green point” within the University of Sciences campus. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions about concrete collaboration mechanisms and agreed on strategic directions for Phase 1 of the project’s implementation.
This working session marks a critical first step, opening up numerous opportunities for collaboration in the fields of sustainable urban development. The partnership aims to foster a learning and research environment that is both environmentally friendly and community-oriented.
